1. Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can, just please send us this request to our email shop@butyjana.co.uk, and we will send you an invoice via email.
2. Do you have a different product size even if it's not available on a store page?
No, if it’s not there then it is out of stock.
3 . Are the offered products original? Yes, we sell only original items which comes from brand it self or authorized distributor. Items are always original and brand new.
4. Will you send shoes to my country?

5. Can I exchange product size for a different one? We do not make any exchange. If you want a different size, you will need to place a new order, and send us back the product which size doesn't suit you.
6. How much will I pay for delivery if I buy more products?
By UPS - the price is the same as for one item.
7. Do I have any warranty for products bought in your shop? Yes, all products have 24 months warranty.
8. If I am not satified, can I return the product?
